الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل مقاربة الانتقال الديمقراطي، وفقا لمستجدات الأزمة الصحية التي عرفها النظام الدولي، التي فرضت تحديات ورهانات عالمية ووطنية، خاصة أن الجزائر عرفت حراكا شعبيا فرض بدوره متغيرات جديدة، وجدت الجزائر نفسها أمام تحديات ثنائية الانتقال الديمقراطي والجائحة، أدى ذلك إلى محاولة إعادة النظر في السياسات والاستراتيجيات لمواجهة الأزمة بكل مستوياتها، خاصة وأن ارتفاع وتيرة الاحتجاجات دفعت بصانع القرار تبني رؤى وبدائل وحلول جديدة ضمن نسق متداخل بين الحفاظ على الاستقرار الداخلي، والتصدي للجائحة، وفق هذه الأطر والسياسات نحاول وضع سيناريوهات لمستقبل الجزائر. The study aims to analyze the approach of democratic transition, in accordance with the developments of the health crisis known by the international system, which imposed global and national challenges and bets, especially since Algeria has experienced a popular movement that in turn imposed new variables, Algeria found itself facing the challenges of bilateral democratic transition and pandemic, which led to an attempt to reconsider policies and strategies to address the crisis at all levels, especially since the high frequency of protests prompted decision makers to adopt new visions, alternatives and solutions within a overlapping pattern between maintaining internal stability and addressing the pandemic, in accordance with these frameworks and policies. We are trying to develop scenarios for Algeria's future.
