الرقمنة وسيلة لتحقيق جودة واستمرارية العمل القضائي

الملخص
Recognizing the importance of the justice sector and the need to modernize it, the latter can only be achieved through the adoption of the means to achieve them, spearheaded by the digitization or digitization of judicial work, the 15/03 Law on the Modernization of Justice contains regulations and means of modernization, but this project has not met with effective application and the real embodiment of the reality of judicial action, the situation that was demonstrated by the Corona pandemic and the circumstances in which Algeria was known. إدراكا من الجزائر بأهمية قطاع العدالة وضرورة عصرنته، وأن هذه الأخيرة لا تتأتى إلا من خلال اعتماد الوسائل الكفيلة بتحقيقها، والتي تتصدرها عملية الرقمنة أو رقمنة العمل القضائي، صدر القانون 15/03 المتعلق بعصرنة العدالة يتضمن النص على أنظمة و وسائل لتجسيد العصرنة، لكن هذا المشروع لم يلق التطبيق الفعال والتجسيد الحقيقي على واقع العمل القضائي، الوضع الذي أبانته جائحة كورونا والظروف التي عرفتها الجزائر خلالها.
