نحو نظام عالمي معزز للأمن الصحي Towards An Enhanced Global Health Security System

الملخص
لا شك أن العالم قد إستفاد من دروس من أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد عقب آثاره الصحية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية الوخيمة، لقد إتضح للعالم مدى جدية التهديدات ومدى هشاشة الأنظمة الصحية داخل البلدان وفيما بينها، الأمر الذي سيدفع حتما منظمة الصحة العالمية والدول إلى بلورة مناهج إستجابة عالمية منسقة ذات تعاون وتضامن مشترك لمواجهة التهديدات الصحية المستقبلية بإتباع نظام عالمي جديد للأمن الصحي ملزم التطبيق مبدأه تعزيز التأهب والإستجابة للكوارث الصحية على المستوى المحلي والوطني والإقليمي والعالمي بطرق يكون العالم فيه ذو قدرة على كشف الأزمات الصحية المستقبلية والتمكن من إدارتها بإحترافية بشكل سيسمح حتما من إنقاذ الأرواح وتفادي توقف الإقتصاد مجددا وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. the world has learned lessons from the new corona virus crisis following its severe health, economic and social effects. It has become clear to the world how serious the threats are and how fragile health systems are. This will inevitably lead who and countries to develop coordinated global response approaches with joint cooperation and solidarity to address future health threats through a new global health security system, whose principle is to strengthen preparedness and response to health disasters. In a way where the world is able to detect future health crises and be able to manage them professionally in a way that will inevitably save lives, avoid a new economic downturn and achieve sustainable development.
