معالم الجريمة المعلوماتية في القانون الجزائري

الملخص
Cyber crime is one of the greatest scourges of this century, if it becomes a frightening reality for countries and individuals, and that is mainly due to the possibilities available to the cyber criminal, that is because of the advances of communication and information, the spread of computer usage, and the ease of using the internet, so by hiding behind their screen, he can make and spread viruses, infiltrations, deactivation of devices...etc. On the other hand, the fight against cybercrime faces several obstacles, given its virtual nature. This has created clear challenges to the laws that have been established to combat it. Crime has changed from its traditional physical form to its moral one, and this has resulted in a problem of interpreting texts and the principle of criminal legality. Thus, Algerian legislation had to keep pace with this remarkable development in cyber crimes. Legislative confrontation is necessary to deal with the technical aspects of digital crime, and this is done through non-traditional legal rules.
