الملخص
تعد ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال من الظواهر الإجرامية الخطيرة التي اكتسحت مجتمعنا ودقت ناقوس الخطر وأصبحت تهدد كيانه، وهي جريمة دخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري، حيث يعتبر الطفل المكون الأساسي للأسرة، وأي اعتداء عليه وعل ىسلامته هو بمثابة مساس بالأسرة ككل، وهذه الجريمة هي سلوك يرفضه ويعاقب عليه القانون الدولي عامة والقانون الجزائري خاصة لكونها تتنافى مع القيم والمبادئ السامية للمجتمع الجزائري إضافة لما لها من انعكاسات ومخلفات ولآثارسلبية على الطفل والأسرة والمجتمع. The phenomenon of child abduction is one of the serious criminal phenomena that has decivedourd our society and alarmed and threatened its being, and is an alien crime to Algerian society, where the child is considered the main component of the family, and any abuse of him and his safety is an attack on the family as a whole. This crime is a behaviour that is rejected and punished by international law in general and Algerian law, especially because it is contrary to the high values and principles of Algerian society, in addition to its reflections, consequences and negative effects on children, the family and society.
