الملخص
تبحث هذه الورقة العلمية مشكلة رد الفعل الاجتماعي تجاه المفرج عنهم من السجناء، من خلال مختلف المشكلات التي يعانيها هؤلاء بعد خروجهم من السجن، وإشكاليتها تمحورت حول طبيعة الاتجاهات الاجتماعية نحو السجناء المفرج عنهم من وجهة خريجي السجون؟ والعينة كانت (ن= 37) من ذوي السوابق العدلية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج: صعوبة تقبل الواقع الجديد بعد الافراج، عدم القدرة على التكيف معه، وجود نوع من التحفظ على التواصل والاتصال مع المسبوق بعد الافراج عنه، العجز عن التكيف، المعاناة من غياب ثقة المجتمع بهم، غياب فرص العمل، وعدم توفر مهنة قارة يسترزقون منها، وجود نظرة سلبية للأسرة تجاه المسبوق بعد خروجه من السجن تتمثل في الدونية المقللة من قيمة المسبوق واعتباره إنسان فاشل في الحياة، وجود نظرة سلبية من قبل الأصدقاء تجاه المسبوق بعد خروجه من السجن تتمثل في وجود نوع من التحفظ والتريث في اعادة علاقات الصداقة من جديد مع الأصدقاء، أيضا عدم القدرة على التكيف مع واقع الحياة الجديدة بعد الافراج. This scientific paper examines the problem of social reaction towards released prisoners, through the various problems suffered by them after their release from prison, and its problem centered on the nature of social trends towards prisoners released from the point of view of prison graduates? The sample was (n= 37) with a justice record, and the study reached a number of results: the difficulty of accepting the new reality after release, the inability to adapt to it, the existence of a kind of reservation to communicate and communicate with the preceding after his release, the inability to adapt, suffering from the lack of confidence of society in them, the absence of jobs, the lack of a continental profession from which they earn, the existence of a negative view of the family towards the preceding after his release from prison is the inferiority of the unprecedented and considered a failed human being in life, the existence of a look Negative by friends towards the unprecedented after his release from prison is the existence of a kind of reservation and waiting to re-establish friendships with friends, also the inability to adapt to the realities of new life after release.
