دور الشرطة فـي وضع استراتيجية للوقاية من جريمة اختطاف الأطفال في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
تــتناول هذه الدراسة دور الشرطة الجزائرية باعتبارها إحدى الأجهزة الأمنية المساهمة فـي الوقاية من جريمة اختطاف الأطفال التي تهدد كيان المجتمع الجزائري واستقراره، وهذا بصفتها قادرة على التعامل معها بعدة أساليب، مثل الوقاية قبل حدوثها والكشف عنها والقبض على مرتكبيها من خلال تواجدها المستمر فـي الميدان. فـي هذا السياق تندرج دراستنا التحليلية موضوع هذا المقال،التي استخدمنا فيها المنهج الوصفي لأجل محاولة تبيان أن الشرطة نظام اجتماعي يساهم فـي الوقاية من جريمة اختطاف الأطفال، عبر مجموعة من الإجراءات الوقائية بغية تحقيق الاستقرار الأسري والمجتمعي. وقد توصلنا إلى أن الوقاية من هذه الجريمة ليست مسؤولية الشرطة لوحدها، وإنما تقتضي تكامل جهود مختلف مؤسسات المجتمع المدنـــي. This study deals with the role of the Algerian police as one of the security agencies contributing to the prevention of the crime of child kidnapping that threatens the entity and stability of Algerian society, and this is in its capacity to deal with it in several ways, such as prevention before it occurs, detection and arrest of the perpetrators through its continuous presence in the field. In this context, our analytical study falls within the subject of this article, in which we used the descriptive approach in order to try to show that the police are a social system that contributes to the prevention of the crime of child abduction, through a set of preventive measures in order to achieve family and societal stability. We have concluded that the prevention of this crime is not the sole responsibility of the police, but rather the complementarity of the efforts of the various civil society institutions.
