الملخص
Abstract :Confrontation with traumatic events can lead to the appearance of multiple psychic disorders on subjects who experienced this type of incidents, such as for example the Post-traumatic Stress Disorder which can even slow down the various individual psychic functions. By this research, we wanted to study the cognitive and emotional specificities that can be detected in integrative Rorschach among two terrorist violence victims who experienced terrorist attacks during the black decade during the exercise of their duties. After analyzing the different results obtained with the clinical tools used, we found a similarity in the cognitive-emotional profile of the two cases studied: that’s what leads us to think that certain cognitive-emotional elements can constitute an indicator of the persistence of the post traumatic symptomatology. ملخص إن التعرض إلى مختلف الأحداث الضاغطة قد يوقع الفرد عرضة لعدة اضطرابات نفسية مثل اضطراب الضغط ما بعد الصدمة الذي يحد من فعالية مجمل الوظائف النفسية لديه. على هذا الأساس قمنا في البحث الحالي بدراسة الخصائص المعرفية والانفعالية التي تظهر في اختبار الرورشاخ (بمقاربة ادماجية) لضحيتي عنف إرهابي مصدومتين نفسيا تعرضتا في العشرية السوداء إلى مختلف الاعتداءات الإرهابية أثناء تأديتهما لمهامهما. ولقد تبين من خلال تحليل مختلف النتائج المتحصل عليها في الأدوات العيادية المستعملة، أن هناك تشابه بين الملمح المعرفي والانفعالي لكلتا الحالتين، وهذا ما قد يكون مؤشرا لاستمرار العرضية بعد صدمية. Résumé :La confrontation à des évènements traumatiques peut engendrer l’apparition de multiples troubles psychiques chez l’individu ayant vécu ce type d’expériences, comme par exemple l’Etat de Stress Post Traumatique qui peut aller jusqu'à freiner les différentes fonctions psychiques individuelles. Par la présente recherche, nous avons voulu étudié les spécificités cognitives et émotionnelles décelables au Rorschach chez deux victimes de violence terroristes psychiquement traumatisées qui ont vécues des attaques terroristes au cours de la décennie noire lors de l’exercice de leurs fonctions. Après l’analyse des différents résultats obtenus aux outils cliniques utilisés, on a relevé une similitude quant au profil cognitivo-émotionnel des deux cas étudiés : chose qui nous amène à penser que certains éléments cognitivo-émotionnels peuvent constituer un indicateur de la perduration de la symptomatologie post traumatique.
