دور تعليمية المادة الدراسية في تحسين أداء أستاذ التعليم الابتدائي ( دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة مدارس ببلدية الشطية)

الملخص
منذ سنوات عديدة والاهتمام بالتربية والتعليم في تزايد نتيجة لما يعنيه هذا القطاع من أهمية بالغة بالنسبة لتكوين الفرد وصلاح المجتمع، حيث لاحظنا أنه منذ مباشرة الإصلاحات التربوية تم الانتقال من بيداغوجية إلى أخرى كما تم الانتقال من التدريس بالمضمون إلى الأهداف إلى المقاربة بالكفاءات ثم المقاربة الشاملة وصولا إلى التداولية التي يجري الحديث عنها والتي ننتظر تطبيقها، كل هذه المقاربات تكون ضمن عملية واحدة هي العملية التعليمية التعلمية أو ما يعرف بالمثلث التعليمي المعلم والمتعلم والمحتوى وطرق التدريس وكل هذا يتم بفن علمي هو الديداكتيك أو التعليمية ولهذا العلم أو الفن كما يرى جل العلماء دور كبير في رسم استراتيجيات وأساليب جديدة للتدريس تتماشى مع تكنولوجيا العصر وتساهم إلى حد كبير في تنمية الأداء للأساتذة لهذا أردنا في هذا المقال الكشف عن أهمية ودور تعليمية المادة المدرسة في تحسين أداء الأستاذ وتنمية مهاراته وكفاءاته، وذلك بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية، بتطبيق المنهج الوصفي واستمارة مقننة وتم اختبار العينة القصدية لأجل تحقيق أهداف البحث، وتوصلنا إلى وجود فروق في تنمية الأداء بالنسبة للأساتذة حسب التخصص والاقدمية لان لكل مادة تعليمة مدرسة خصوصيتها، كما انه لا توجد فروق في الأداء حسب جنس المبحوثين. Abstract: For many years the interest in education is increasing as a result of what this sector means is very important for the formation of the individual and the good ness of society, where we have noted that since the beginning of educational reforms has been moved from one pedagogy to another as has been the transition from teaching with substance to goals to approach with competencies and then a comprehensive approach to the comprehensive approach to the deliberative that is being talked about and which we are waiting to apply, all these approaches are within one process is the educational process of learning or what is known as the educational triangle teacher, learner, content and all This is done with a scientific art that is dedacted or educational and for this science or art as most scientists see a major role in drawing new strategies and methods of teaching in line with the technology of the times and contribute stomping to a great extent in the development of performance for teachers, so we wanted to reveal in this article the importance and role of the educational material school in improving the performance of the professor and develop his skills and competencies, by conducting a field study on a sample of primary school teachers, applying the descriptive curriculum and a form codified and tested the sample of intent in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and reached us to There are differences in performance development for teachers by specialization and seniority because each subject has a school of its own, and there are no differences in performance according to the gender of the researchers.
