الاخفاق السياسي في العراق واثره على المجتمع

الملخص
تتراوح الأزمة السياسية العراقية او الاخفاق السياسي في مكانِها مُنذ قُرابةِ عقدين مما جعل الدولة تبقى في دوامة من الفشل والشلل السياسي الحاد، فقد عجز النظام السياسي عن إيجاد أي حُلولٍ وخُططٍ إصلاحية مُناسبة للتشظيات والتصدعات التي نالت وما زالت تنال من مشروع الدولة الديموقراطية في العراق، وبالتأكيد، فإن مرد هذا الإخفاق يُلاحق الفاعلين السياسيين العراقيين على اختلاف انتماءاتهم وتوجهاتهم. ومن الواضح أن الأوضاع الاجتماعية في العراق تزداد سوءًا بوجود طبقة سياسية عاجزة ينخرها الفساد وتحركها المصالح، ومقابل كل هذا، تسيطر حالة من الاغتراب السياسي يُغذيه الإحباط الشعبي الذي تعاني منه شرائح عريضة من المجتمع، وبات التشاؤم سيد الموقف، ومن هنا يأس الكثير من إصلاح النظام السياسي ومؤسساته، ولم تعد الناس تثق في الانتخابات كآلية إصلاحية للنظام السياسي يحتكر السلطة والريع والمشاريع، بينما تعيش الأغلبية الشعبية على الكفاف. Abstract: The Iraqi political crisis or political failure has been in place for nearly two decades, which made the state remain in a cycle of failure and severe political paralysis. The political system has been unable to find any appropriate solutions and reform plans for the fragments and cracks that have affected and are still affecting the democratic state project in Iraq. The reason for this failure persecutes Iraqi political actors of all affiliations and orientations. It is clear that the social conditions in Iraq are getting worse with the presence of an impotent political class that is riven with corruption and driven by interests, whether personal or partisan, and in return for all this, a state of political alienation prevails, fueled by popular frustration from which broad segments of society suffer, and pessimism has become the master of the situation. Much of the reform of the political system and its institutions has despaired, and people no longer trust elections as a reform mechanism for the political system that monopolizes power, rent and projects, while the popular majority lives on subsistence
