Résumé
En raison de la récente crise financière en Algérie, le système bancaire algérien se prépare à recevoir des banques islamiques pour tenter de relancer le marché monétaire et de financer l'économie nationale, c'est-à-dire l'adoption d'opérations bancaires islamiques par participation, murabaha et le loyer et cela, Malgré son lancement au début Au début de la quatre-vingt-dixième anné par certaines banques, loin d'être encadré par le législateur algérien, où nous rechercherons à travers cette étude le cadre juridique approprié pour ces opérations, ce qui leur a empêché un démarrage sérieux après des années de commercialisation.
