الملخص
إن الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري رمز من رموز المغرب العربي والأمة الإسلامية في ق19م ومؤسس الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة، وأيقونة الكفاح في العالم، وهو العالم الشجاع الأديب الشاعر الفارس المجاهد، الذي تمكن من مجابهة أقوى جيوش العالم آنذاك طيلة سبعة عشر سنة، ولم يكن ليصمد كل تلك المدة لولا حنكته السياسية وشخصيته العظيمة وشجاعته، ما جعل العدو يشهد له قبل الصديق، وقد ظهرت مواهب الأمير السياسية جليا في معاهداته مع المستعمر الفرنسي، ولذا نسلط الضوء في بحثنا هذا على شخصية الأمير عبد القادر من الناحية السياسية من خلال المعاهدات التي كانت بينه وبين المستعمر الفرنسي للوصول إلى أسباب إبرام تلك المعاهدات والنتائج المترتبة عنها، ولتصحيح تاريخ أحد رموز النضال في الجزائر ومؤسس الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة. الكلمات الدالة: الأمير عبد القادر، معاهدة تافنة، معاهدة ديميشال، معاهدة لاموريسيير.
