الملخص

في ظل تزايد الإنتهاكات التي تتعرض لها البيئة وتفاقم مشكلاتها نتيجة نشاط الإنسان وسلوكه غير المسؤول إتجاهها ،أصبح الإهتمام بمسائلها أمر ضروري وإلتزام مشترك حيث ظهر في هذا الصدد مفهوم المواطنة البيئية ليشكل لنا دعامة لحماية البيئة، وإنطلاقا من هدف البحث الذي سعى إلى التعرف على دور المواطنة البيئية وأهمية تعزيز أبعادها في حماية البيئة تم التركيز على دراسة ابعاد ثلاث تتمثل في المسؤولية الشخصية البيئية و المشاركة البيئية والعدالة البيئية ، وقد توضح أنها أبعاد أساسية متداخلة ومترابطة تعد شروط ضرورية في بناء سلوك المواطن الإيجابي والواعي بالبيئة ومشكلاتها والشريك الفعال في العناية بها، كما تعد شروطا لا مجال للحديث عن المواطنة البيئية في غيابها. In light of the increasing violations against the environment and the aggravation of its problems as a result of human activity and irresponsible behavior towards it, attention to its issues has become a necessity and a shared commitment, as the concept of environmental citizenship has emerged to form a pillar for us to protect the environment, And based on the aim of the research that sought to identify the role of environmental citizenship and the importance of enhancing its dimensions in protecting the environment, the focus was on studying three dimensions represented in environmental personal responsibility, environmental participation and environmental justice, It may be shown to be interconnected and interrelated core dimensions. It is necessary conditions in building positive and environmentally conscious citizen behavior and its problems and the effective partner in caring for it, It is also a condition no way to talk about environmental citizenship in her absence.
