التطور التاريخي لتقييم أداء المعلم في سلطنة عمان.

ملخص: في هذه الدراسة تَتَبَّعَ الفريق البحثي التطور التاريخي لنظام تقييم أداء المعلم في سلطنة عُمَان، حيث انطلقت أهمية هذه الدراسة من الحاجة الملحة لمعرفة الأسس التي بُنِيَت عليها المعايير والسياسات الحديثة في تنمية الموارد البشرية، خاصَّةً المعلم في سلطنة عُمَان؛ بهدف الحصول على صورة واضحة. ومن خلالها؛ أوصت الدراسة ببناء وتطوير النُّظُم الحالية التي تعتمدها وزارة التربية والتعليم العُمَانية في تطوير أداء المعلم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الوثائق المتاحة بشأن تطوُّر نظام تقييم أداء المعلم في سلطنة عُمَان، كما أنها نفَّذت مجموعة من المقابلات التي استهدفت بها مجموعة مِمَّنْ عملوا في مهنة التعليم في السَّلطنة منذ عام 1970 إلى وقتنا الحالي. قُسِّمَتْ هذه الدراسة إلى محورين رئيسين؛ الأول: تناول تنامي الاهتمام بالتعليم، والمعلم منذ بداية النهضة في سلطنة عُمَان، والآخر: تناول فترات تطوُّر تقييم أداء المعلم في سلطنة عُمَان. : In this study, the research team traced the development of the teacher performance evaluation system in the Sultanate of Oman, where the importance of this study stemmed from the urgent need to know the foundations on which modern standards and policies were built in the development of human resources, especially the teacher in the Sultanate of Oman, in order to obtain a clear picture. And through it, it recommended building and developing the current systems that are approved by the Omani Ministry of Education in developing teacher performance. To achieve this, the research team worked on studying the available documents on developing the teacher performance evaluation system in the Sultanate of Oman. It also carried out a set of interviews targeting a group of those who worked in the teaching profession in the Sultanate of Oman from 1970 to the present time. This study was divided into two main axes. The first dealt with the growing interest in education and the teacher since the beginning of the renaissance in the Sultanate of Oman, and the other was the periods of development in evaluating teacher performance in the Sultanate of Oman.
