الملخص
الملخص يترتب على خصوصية عقد إيجار المحل التجاري أن ينتهي العقد لمجرد حرمان المستأجر المسير من استغلال المتجر المؤجر بنفسه، فإذا توفي المستأجر المسير، أو قضي بشهر إفلاسه أو فقد أهليته أو منع من مزاولة التجارة انتهى العقد تبعا لذلك. Abstract It follows from the specific nature of the lease-management contract that the contract ends in the event of deprivation by the lessee managing the business of exploiting the business by himself, if the lessee managing dies, or he is judged in the event of bankruptcy, either he becomes incapable, or he is forbidden to practice a commercial profession, the contract of management lease ends accordingly.
