الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقعين أساسيين في البيئة الاقتصادية لـ31 مؤسسة اقتصادية بمنطقة الغرب الجزائري، بالتركيز على تحليل عاملين أساسيين تمثلا في كل من التحالفات الإستراتيجية والابتكار، بحيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ المؤسسات تتعاقد تعاونيا مع شركائها المتواجدين بالمجال نفسه بغية الحصول على الموارد التكميلية أكثر من الموارد الإضافية التي تستخدمها في تحقيق الابتكار. This exploratory study aims to show the two essential realities in the economic environment of 31 Algerian institutions in the West which was based on the analysis of two important factors represented in strategic alliances and innovation. This study concluded that the enterprises contract collaboratively with their partners in the same field in order to obtain supplementary resources more than the additional resources which these institutions use to achieve the innovation. The resources obtained from cooperation also contributed to achieve the organizational learning, competency improvement and product / service development.
