الهجرة الدولية: عندما تتوالى الازمات وتتأخر الإجراءات الإصلاحية دراسة تحليلية قياسية لدوافع هجرة الايدي العاملة الجزائرية خلال الفترة 1990-2018

الملخص
ملخص هذه الدراسة تهدف لبحث مدى تأثر هجرة الشباب الجزائري باعتبار الجزائر دولة مصدرة للعمالة الأجنبية، بالأزمات الاقتصادية الاجتماعية والسياسية التي توالت على الاقتصاد الجزائري واستفحلت فيه، من أوضاع أمنية بطالة فقر فساد ونهب لخيرات البلاد، دون أن تحظى هذه الأخيرة بإجراءات إصلاحية مبكرة وجادة. وقد خلصت الى أن هذه الازمات كانت عامل طرد ذو تأثير كبير للشباب الجزائري نحو الدول الأجنبية على المدى القصير والطويل على حد سواء، خصوصا من كل الفقر والفساد، ضف لذلك أثر الهجرة الدولية كعامل محفز، إذ أن التجارب السابقة تكون حافزا للأفراد الجدد نحو الهجرة. Abstract: This study aims to examine the extent to which the migration of Algerian youth, as Algeria is a source of foreign labor, has been affected by the economic, social and political crises that have affected the Algerian economy and exacerbated it, from security conditions, unemployment, poverty, corruption and the plunder of the country's goods, without the latter being given early and serious reform measures. we concluded that these crises were a factor with a great effect of expelling Algerian youth towards foreign countries in the short and long term alike, especially from all poverty and corruption, adding to this the effect of international migration as a catalyst, as previous experiences are an incentive for new individuals to migrate.
