الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى مساهمة الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في خلق فرص التنويع الاقتصادي,حيث يعد قطاع الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من بين أساسيات القضاء على مشكل التخلف الاقتصادي ، من أهم البدائل الكبرى لتنويع القاعدة الإنتاجية و تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في كافة الدول، حيث تقاس درجة تقدم ونمو أي بلد بمدى تطوره في المجال الصناعي عن طريق تطوير وتنمية الإنتاجية ورفع مستوياتها لقدرته على تطبيق واستخدام التقنية الحديثة كما ترجع درجة تقدم هذا القطاع إلى مدى مساهمة تنمية قطاع الصناعة في تنويع مصادر الإنتاج والدخل والصادرات و توفير موارد النقد الأجنبي لغرض معالجة مشاكل عجز ميزان المدفوعات من خلال تصنيع سلع تحل محل الواردات أو تصنيع سلع للتصدير إلى الخارج وهذا هو مغزى التنويع الاقتصادي. وبالنظر للاقتصاد الجزائري الذي يعتمد على إيرادات النفط هنا تأتي ضرورة تنمية الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والتي تشكل جزءا هاما ومصدر جديد لاستغلال الموارد المحلية. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the extent of the contribution of small and medium industries to creating opportunities for economic diversification, as the small and medium industries sector is among the basics of eliminating the problem of economic backwardness, one of the most important alternatives to diversify the production base and achieve economic development in all countries, where the degree of progress is measured. And the growth of any country by the extent of its development in the industrial field through the development and development of productivity and raising its levels of its ability to apply and use modern technology, and the degree of progress of this sector is due to the extent to which the development of the industrial sector contributes to the diversification of sources of production, income and exports and the provision of foreign exchange resources in order to address the problems of the balance of payments deficit By manufacturing goods that replace imports or making goods for export abroad, this is the significance of economic diversification. Given the Algerian economy, which depends on oil revenues, here comes the need to develop small and medium industries, which constitute an important part and a new source for the exploitation of local resources.
