قراءة سوسيولوجية في ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في الجزائر

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال من الظواهر العالمية التي تعاني منها معظم دول العالم خاصة النامية منها، إذ تختلف في حجمها وأسبابها وآثارها من دولة لأخرى ومن منطقة لأخرى، حيث يتوقف انتشار هذه الظاهرة على مجموعة من العوامل المتشابكة والمعقدة والمرتبطة أساسا بالتحولات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية والاقتصادية. فبالرغم من وجود العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات القانونية الرامية للحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة والدفاع عن حقوق الطفل، إلا أن الواقع الفعلي يثبت العكس، في ظل صعوبة احتواء هذه الظاهرة التي واكبت وبشكل سريع التحولات المجتمعية. الأمر الذي يستدعي من الفاعلين بدل مزيد من الجهد للتخفيف من حدة هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تقف اليوم أمام إحصائيات مخيفة لتفشيها في المجتمع. خاصة وأن عمل الأطفال يعد انتهاكا صارخا وواضحا لأبسط الحقوق الانسانية للطفل في التعلم واللعب وفي الحياة الصحية والاجتماعية المستقرة والكريمة، ويدفع ببراءة الطفولة للاستغلال والبؤس والشقاء، كما يلحق بالطفل أضرارا صحية ونفسية واجتماعية. Child labor is one of the global phenomena experienced by most countries of the world, especially developing ones, as it differs in its size, causes and effects from one country to another and from one region to another, where the spread of this phenomenon depends on a group of interlocking and complex factors that are mainly related to social, political, cultural and economic transformations. Despite the existence of many international agreements and legal legislations aimed at limiting the spread of this phenomenon and defending the rights of the child, the actual reality proves the opposite, in light of the difficulty of containing this phenomenon, which quickly accompanied societal transformations. Which requires the actors instead of more effort to alleviate this phenomenon, which is now standing in front of frightening statistics of its spread in society. Especially that child labor is a clear and flagrant violation of the most basic human rights of the child to learn and play and in a stable and decent healthy and social life, and it pays innocence of childhood for exploitation, misery and misery, and it also inflicts health, psychological and social harm on the child.
