النزاعات الحدودية و أثرها على السلم و الآمن الإفريقي

الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية ،مسألة النزاع الحدودي في القارة الإفريقية ،حيث استقلت دول القارة حديثا،بحدود موروثة عن الاستعمار ، رسمت الحدود بشكل قسري ،دون الاستجابة الى التركيبة السكنية و الجغرافية ، مما جعل هذه الحدود تشكل بؤر توتر بين البلدان الإفريقية،صنعت بذلك مشهد هش انعكس على قضية السلم و الأمن في المنطقة الإفريقية بصورة عامة ،بالإضافة الى علاقات جوار بين الدول ضعيفة و مهتزة ،مما جعل من القارة الإفريقية تحتل مراتب متأخرة في سلم الاستقرار و التنمية ، الأمن الشامل بكل مكوناته. تفاقمت الصراعات و النزاعات بسبب الحدود التي فشلت الدول الإفريقية في احتوائها بالطرق السلمية، عبر الوساطة و التحكيم الدولي ،للانزلاق نحو العنف، مما أدى إلى تهديد السلم و الأمن الإفريقي. Abstract: This research paper deals with the issue of the border dispute in the African continent, where the countries of the continent were newly independent, with inherited borders from colonialism, where the borders were drawn forcibly, without responding to the residential and geographical composition, which made these borders constitute hotbeds of tension between the African countries, made with that A fragile scene reflected on the issue of peace and security in the African region in general, in addition to the neighborly relations between the weak and shaky countries, which made the African continent occupy the late ranks in the ladder of stability and development, comprehensive security with all its components.Conflicts and conflicts have exacerbated the borders that African countries have failed to contain peacefully, through mediation and international arbitration, to slip into violence, which has threatened African peace and security.
