Les Concepts De L’occupation Du Sol En Algérie étude D’anthropologie Sociale Dans La Trara Oriental

Résumé
Notre recherche a pour but d’analyser des concepts de l’occupation du sol qui en découlent dans la région de la Trara oriental. On a constaté qu’il y avait deux types de droits : Droit traditionnelle qui a vécu dans la période précoloniale et a été basé sur plusieurs sources comme (la décision du conseil et la présence de confrérie …),et le Droit coutumier qui a apparait bien dans la période coloniale et qui a été basé sur le système ancestrale et qui a pris le mode d’une légitimité auquel les individus ont recours pour revendiquer leurs droits d’appropriation du sol , cette dernière a causé des conflits entre les paysans au sujet de l’occupation des terroirs et qui demeure jusqu’à nos jours dans les régions montagnardes. Our research aims to analyze concepts of land use resulting from this in the trara region. It was found that there were two types of rights: traditional law that lived in the pre-colonial period and was based on several sources such as (the council's decision and the presence of the confrerie ..), and customary law that It has appeared well in the colonial period and has been based on the ancestral system and has taken the mode of a legitimacy that individuals use to claim their rights of land appropriation. The latter has caused conflicts between the peasants about the occupation of the soil and remains until today in the mountain regions.
