الملخص

The text aims to answer a fundamental question: what is the relationship between the metalanguage used in the definitions of the general language dictionary and the most frequent words in the language? Can we reduce the metalanguage to the use of these words? What consequences will such a reduction have on the validity and precision of the definitions used in the modern Arabic dictionary?
