الملخص
The Knowledge base Economy is still under the discussion of Economists, as many of them consider knowledge the only way for maximizing competitiveness, and a powerful engine for growth, and jobs. The shift to a digital knowledge-based economy requires Knowledgeable environment through which Knowledge can skillfully be spread, produced, and applied to all society s activities. This environment is equipped with a technological infrastructure and CIT. And giving importance to qualified education as well as sustaining the scientific research and working on encouraging innovation and invention . This in all consist the main constituent that should be provided by the Arab countries for integration within this new economy
