التعاون الدولي لخلايا معالجة الاستعلام المالي (egmont ) للحد من جرائم الفساد المالي

الملخص
تعتبر جرائم تبييض الاموال وتمويل الارهاب اخطر جرائم الفساد المالي التي أقر لها المشرع الجزائري العديد من الآليات لمكافحتها أهمها الهيئات المختصة، حيث أنشأ التشريع الجزائري خلية معالجة الاستعلام المالي بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 02/127 المؤرخ في 07/04/2002 المتضمن إنشاء خلية معالجة الاستعلام المالي وتنظيمها وعملها المعدل والمتمم ، والتي تعتبر الهيئة الاهم لمكافحة جرائم تبييض الاموال وتمويل الارهاب ، ونظرا لمخاطر هذه الجريمة سعت خلية معالجة الاستعلام المالي لتجسيد التعاون الدولي للتصدي لهذه الجريمة باعتبارها من الجرائم المنظمة من خلال الانظمام لخلايا معالجة الاستعلام المالي من خلال المنتدى العالمي للتبادل بين خلايا المعلومات المالية "ايغمونت"في 2013، التي تسعى من خلاله الجزائر اكتساب الخبرات وتبادل المعلومات في مجال مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة .
