الملخص
الملخص: إن الرسول صلى الله عيه وسلم أسس طبيعة العلاقات الدولية، ففرض التسويات السياسية وعرض التسويات المالية وأجرى المعاهدات والهدن وأرسل المبعوثين والسفراء واستقبل الوفود وأجرى المحادثات والمراسم، وأهدى الهداية وأجاز الوفود، وجاهد في سبيل الدين والدولة، وسعى إلى سن كل ما يكفل قيام الأمم المتمدنة، حتى أنه قرر وجوب الإحصاء.. والحق أنه ليس هناك من أساليب التمدن ما لم يكن الإسلام في وقت ظهوره أصلاً له ، فمن تأمل ما حوى القرآن من آداب الاجتماع ومن طرق التمازح وأحكام الطبيعة وما ضبط من الحقوق وسن نظامات الحياة وماتلته به السنة النبوية من التعاليم وأنواع الإرشاد ومن تهذيب النفوس والأخلاق والإرشاد للأخذ بالأحسن فالأحسن وأحكمته من سنن الارتقاء والتمتع بضروب الحرية علم أن التمدن الإسلامي في إبان ظهوره قامت معه تلك الأعمال لتؤثر تلك التعاليم على المنتسبين للإسلام. Abstract: The Messenger, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, established the nature of international relation so, he imposed political settlements, offered financial settlements, made treaties and truces, sent envoys, ambassadors, welcomed delegations, held talks and ceremonies, gave gifts, sanction delegations, strove for the sake of religion and the state, sought to enact all that would guarantee the rise of civilized nations. even he decided the necessity of count. In fact, there are no methods of civilization unless Islam at the time of its emergence was the origin of it. Whoever contemplates what the Holly Qur’an contains of social etiquette, ways of joking and rules of nature, and what it set of rights and enacting life systems and what was supplemented by the Sunnah of the Prophet from doctrines, types of guidance, refining souls, morals and guidance in order to adopt the better then the best, and what it had legitimized from the ways of upgrading and enjoying all forms of freedom, knew that Islamic urbanization during its emergence, these works were carried out with it so that those doctrines influence those who are affiliated to Islam.
