The Role Of Information And Communication Technology In Improving The Quality Of Service At The University Of Algeria

الملخص

Our study aims to demonstrate the importance and role of information technology and communication in improving the quality of educational services at the University of Algeria. The case is on a sample of the universities of the Western Algerian world (University of Oran, Sidi Bel Abbas, Tlemcen, Camp and Ain Tamusant). It was a class sample (teachers, students and administrators) and was determined on the basis of the law "Z" as the society is well known, where the number of questionnaires distributed by 1000 resolutions was estimated in varying proportions as follows (students 60%, professors by 20%, administrative by 20%). The study concluded in the end that there is a strong relationship between the availability of information technology and communications components and their use in the educational and administrative process and between the quality of services provided to the actors among themselves or between one of the actors and the relevant external parties, attributed to the most expensive I hope to be satisfied with the quality of the services provide.
