تقويم أداء مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة

الملخص
تتناول الدراسة الحالية تقويم أداء المشرفين التربويين للمرحلة التعليمية الابتدائية في ضوء الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة بحسب أراء كل من المفتشين التربويين و المعلمين، وذلك باعتبار أن الدور الاشرافي لفئة المفتشين التربويين عنصرا مهما في العملية التعليمية، وتطويره يهدف الى تحسين وتنويع الأداء الاشرافي، بحسب الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة وتعزيز هذا السلوك الاشرافي المتنوع للمفتشين التربويين يحتاج الى تغذية راجعة موضوعية ودقيقة حول ما تقوم به هذه الفئة من ممارسات اشرافية لصالح المعلمين داخل الصفوف الدراسية بالمدارس الابتدائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طبق الباحث استبيان تقويم أداء المشرفين التربويين من إعداد ستراك والخصاونة (2004) على عينة من المفتشين والمعلمين، وتصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - مستوى أداء مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة من وجهة نظر المفتشين أنفسهم عال. - مستوى أداء مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة من وجهة نظر المعلمين متدني. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة أقل من 0.05 بين متوسطات استجابات المفتشين والمعلمين لتقويم أداء مفتشي التعليم الابتدائي في ضوء الاتجاهات الإشرافية الحديثة، ولصالح المفتشين. The present study deals with evaluating the performance of the educational supervisors of the primary education stage in the light of the modern supervisory trends according to the opinions of both the educational inspectors and the teachers as the supervising role of the inspectors category is an important element in the educational process, and its development aims to improve the supervisory performance, According to modern supervisory trends and the reinforcement of this diverse supervisory behavior of educational inspectors, there is a need for objective and accurate feedback on what this category of supervisory practices is doing with teachers in primary school classrooms. and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied a questionnaire evaluating the performance of educational supervisors prepared by Struck and Al-Khasawneh (2004) on a sample of Inspectors and teachers, and the study reached the following results: - The performance level of primary education inspectors in light of recent supervisory trends from the point of view of the inspectors themselves is high. - The performance level of primary education inspectors in light of recent supervisory trends from the teachers' point of view is low. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05a) between the average responses of inspectors and teachers to evaluate the performance of primary education inspectors in light of recent supervisory trends, and in favor of the inspectors.
