الملخص
ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهم التحديات التي تواجه الشركات الناشئة في الجزائر، خصوصا ما يتعلق بالجانب التمويل و المرافقة، فالشركات الناشئة أو مشاريع ريادة الأعمال هي شركات يتم تأسيسها من قبل رواد أعمال بهدف إطلاق منتج جديد في السوق او تجسيد فكرة ابتكارية على ارض الواقع، تختلف عن غيرها من المشاريع كونها تمتاز بسرعة النمو و بحاجة الى توظيف تكنولوجيا حديثة، وضمن هذا الاطار تعتبر حاضنات الاعمال من أكثر المنظومات فاعلية في مرافقة و دعم هذا النوع من الشركات حتى تتمكن من النمو السريع و تحقيق الاستمرارية، حيث يكمن دور هذه الحاضنات في المرافقة الأولية لمواجهة انهيار الشركة الناشئة في المراحل الأولى من التأسيس، وأشرنا إلى بعض حاضنات الاعمال الرائدة في الجزائر، كما اوردنا بعض الإجراءات التحفيزية المتخذة من قبل الدولة لدعم و تشجيع الشركات الناشئة من إعفاءات ضريبة و تخفيضا للرسوم، بالإضافة الى إنشاء صندوق سيادي لتمويل الشركات الناشئة. Abstract Through this article, we aim to shed light on the most important challenges facing startups in Algeria, Especially when it comes to financing and escort, Startup companies or entrepreneurship projects are companies that are established by entrepreneurs with the aim of launching a new product in the market or embodying an innovative idea on the ground, It differs from other projects in that it is characterized by rapid growth and needs to use modern technology, Within this context, business incubators are one of the most effective systems for accompanying and supporting this type of companies so that they can grow rapidly and achieve continuity, The role of these incubators lies in the initial accompaniment to confront the collapse of the startup in the early stages of incorporation, And we talked about some of the leading business incubators in Algeria, We also referred to some of the incentive measures taken by the state to support and encourage emerging companies from tax exemptions and fee reductions, In addition to establishing a sovereign fund to finance startups. .
