الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة جانب من جوانب تاريخ الجزائر الحديث، والمتمثل في تاريخ "أوضاع الجزائر في مطلع القرن السادس عشر وظروف انضوائها تحت راية الخلافة العثمانية"، وهو الامر الذي أحاول من خلاله اماطة اللثام على بعض الجوانب الهامة في فترة من الفترات الحساسة والهامة في تاريخ الجزائر، وكل بلاد المغرب، بل وفي البحر المتوسط، وذلك لكونه فاتحة عهد جديد سوف يكون له الأثر البالغ في تطور الاحداث بالمنطقة وما يحيط بها لمدة تفوق الثلاثة قرون. لقد كان ارتباط الجزائر بالحلافة العثمانية من عام 1519م وإلى غاية 1830م ارتباطا خاصا، اختلف في جوهره وظاهره عن غيره من الأقاليم والدول التي انضوت تحت رايتها، وذلك لعدة معطيات وظروف سوف يتم ذكرها في مقامها، وللوقوف على حقيقة ذلك الارتباط، وكيفية تطور الوضع السياسي بالجزائر في مختلف مراحل تلك الفترة، سوف يتم التعرض لمختلف جوانبه، وأهم أحداثه وحكامه، من خلال مجموعة من المقالات، نستهلها بالوقوف عند أوضاع الجزائر في مطلع القرن السادس عشر وظروف انضوائها تحت راية الخلافة العثمانية، في محاولة للإحاطة قدر الإمكان بالموضوع، باستعراض أهم التطورات التي عرفها المكان والزمان، وكذا مختلف الجهود التي بذلت خدمة للجزائر، والخلافة العثمانية، والأمة الإسلامية. This article examines one aspect of the modern history of Algeria, which is represented in the history of “the situation of Algeria at the beginning of the sixteenth century and the circumstances of its membership under the banner of the Ottoman Caliphate”, which I am trying to unveil on some important aspects in a period of sensitive and important periods in the history of Algeria, and all the countries of the Maghreb, and even the Mediterranean, because it is the beginning of a new era that will have a profound impact on the development of events in the region and its surroundings for more than three centuries.
