الادارة بالنتائج ودورها في تحديث الادارات العمومية بجورجيا

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح دور الادارة بالنتائج التي تهتم بالتغيرات التنموية و التي يمكن وصفها وقياسها ، حيث نجد أن تطبيق مبادئ هذه الادارة سيعنى بالضرورة بتحقيق النتائج المسطرة بغض النظر عن طرق تحققها ، ويظهر هذا النوع من الادارة جليا في التسيير العمومي والإصلاحات التي تمس القطاع الحكومي والمالي وغيرها من القطاعات التي تستوجب تحقيق نتائج ايجابية في نهاية السنة. وتعتبر جورجيا من الدول التي عملت بمبدأ هذه الادارة في ظل سعيها للإصلاح الشامل بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفياتي، محققة بذلك نتائج مبهرة خاصة في المجال الجبائي والمالي مساهمة بذلك في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وتحولها الى وجهة الاستثمار الاولى لدى معظم الدول. Abstract : This study aimed to clarify the role of management in the results that are concerned with developmental changes that can be described and measured, as we find that the application of the principles of this administration will necessarily concern the achievement of established results regardless of the methods of achieving them, and this type of management is evident in the public administration and reforms affecting the government sector Financial and other sectors that require achieving positive results at the end of the year. Georgia is considered one of the countries that worked on the principle of this administration in light of its endeavor for comprehensive reform after the collapse of the Soviet Union, thus achieving impressive results, especially in the fiscal and financial fields, thus contributing to achieving economic development and turning it into the primary investment destination for most countries. .
