صناعة التكرير في الجزائر بين إشكالية تغير هيكل الاستهلاك/ وطبيعة هيكل الإنتاج دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2000-2019)

الملخص
ملخص : تحاول هذه الدراسة التطرق لإحدى القضايا التي يٌثيرها موضوع البترول في الجزائر راهنا وضمن إحدى حلقات صناعته، وتحديدا مرحلة التكرير. وتمحورت إشكالية الدراسة في البحث حول مسببات/ وكيفية إصلاح الاختلال الحاصل بين هيكل استهلاك / وهيكل إنتاج المنتجات النفطية. وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي/ والمنهج التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى المنهج التاريخي. وذلك بهدف الوقوف على واقع وتطور الصناعة، و إبراز مختلف التحديات التي تواجهها ، و آفاقها المستقبلية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن صناعة التكرير في الجزائر لا تزال تواجه بعدد من العقبات....، كما توصلت إلى أن إصلاح الاختلال بين هيكل الاستهلاك والإنتاج يكون من خلال مستويات متعددة ومتداخلة، وفي مقدمتها إصلاح / وتأهيل البنية التحتية للصناعة .... الكلمات المفتاحية: صناعة تكرير، منتجات نفطية، إنتاج/ واستهلاك منتجات مكررة، بترول ، نفط. Abstract : This study attempts to address one of the issues raised by the issue of petroleum in Algeria at the present time and within one of its industry rings, namely the refining phase. The problem of the study revolved around the research on the causes / and how to correct the imbalance between the consumption structure / and the production structure of petroleum products. The descriptive / analytical method was followed, in addition to the historical method. With the aim of identifying the reality and development of the industry, highlighting the various challenges it faces, and its future prospects. The study found that the refining industry in Algeria is still facing a number of obstacles It also concluded that the reform of the imbalance between the structure of consumption and production is through multiple and overlapping levels, and at the forefront of which is the reform / rehabilitation of the industry's infrastructure ...
