الجانب الاجتماعيّ في الزّكاة والوقف.

الملخص
ملخص عربيّ: وفّر التّشريع الإسلاميّ-لخدمة الجانب الاجتماعيّ- موارد ماليّة كثيرة، منها الزّكاة والوقف، أمّا الزّكاة فقد جُعلت غالبية مصارفها للجانب الاجتماعيّ، مثل معونة الفقراء، وتكوين الأسر والعمل على استمرارها وتماسكها، وتقديم بعض الخدمات مثل: التّعليم والصّحّة وتنميّة الفضائل ومحاربة الرّذائل؛ وزيادة على هذا كلّه تمرين النّفوس على البذل، وسَبْق الإسلام لتنظيم هذا التّكافل الاجتماعيّ؛ وأمّا الوقف، فإنّه أبرز روح الانتساب إلى المجتمع، وساهم في بناء الحياة الاجتماعيّة من خلال توفيره للمرافق العامّة، مثل: المساجد والمدارس والمستشفيات، وترميم الطّرق، والرّباطات؛ وتكفّل بالفئات الضّعيفة مثل: الأيتام، والفقراء وأبناء السّبيل والعجزة والمدينين والمسجونين والأسرى، وامتدّ هذا التّكفّل حتّى لغير المسلمين والحيوانات. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الزّكاة؛ الاجتماعيّ؛ الخدمات التّكافل؛الوقف؛ الحبس؛ المرافق. Abstract: Islamic legislation - to serve the social side - provided many financial resources, including zakat and endowment, while zakat was made for the majority of its banks for the social aspect, such as: aid to the poor, family formation and work to maintain and consolidate them Providing some services such as: education and health, developing virtues and fighting vice; in addition to all this, exercising souls to give in and preceding Islam to organizing this social solidarity; and waqf, it highlighted the spirit of affiliation to society, and contributed to building social life by providing it to public facilities Such as: mosques, schools, hospitals, road restoration, and laces; and sponsorship of vulnerable groups such as: orphans, the poor, children of the way, the elderly, debtors, prisoners, and prisoners, and this sponsorship extended even to non-Muslims and animals.
