"المسؤولية المدنية الدولية البيئية لدولة الكيان الصهيوني وفقا لأحكم القانون الدولي الإنساني

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر البيئة هدفا حيويا أثناء الحروب، فهي عرضة للإعتداءات العسكرية بصورة مباشرة بالرغم من قواعد الحماية المكفولة لها في القانون الدولي سيما فترة النزاعات المسلحة، و التي ترتب على عاتق من ينتهكها المسؤولية الدولية بشقيها المدنية و الجنائية. و ما الآثار التي تعاني منها البيئة في الأراضي الفلسطينية و لبنان و غيرها إلا دليل على عدم تفعيل قواعد المسؤولية الدولية خصوصا على دولة الكيان الصهيوني، التي إنتهكت جميع قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني الإتفاقية و العرفية الخاصة بحماية البيئة بمختلف أشكالها و إستخفت بكل المبادئ الإنسانية التي تحمي البيئة و ذلك في حروبها التي شنتها على البيئة في مختلف المناطق التي إجتاحتها الأمر الذي يثير مسؤوليتها المدنية، و التي توجب في حقها الجبر بأشكاله المختلفة. Abstract: The environment is a vital objective during wars. It is directly vulnerable to military attacks, despite its protective rules of international law, particularly in the period of armed conflict, which result in violations of international civil and criminal responsibility. And that requires reparation in its various forms. The effects of the environment on the Palestinian territories, Lebanon and others are evidence of the invigoration of the rules of international responsibility, particularly on the Zionist entity State, which violated all the norms of international humanitarian law, the Convention and the Customary Convention for the Protection of the Environment in all its forms and flouted all the humanitarian principles that protect the environment in its wars against the environment in the various areas that have been swept by it. And that requires reparation in its various forms.
