التداعيات الإقليمية للتدخل الأجنبي في ليبيا

الملخص
تعد ليبيا من الدول التي شهدت احتجاجات مطالب بتغيير النظام السياسي وإسقاط النظام المستبد واستبداله بآخر ديمقراطي، لكن سرعان ما تحولت الاحتجاجات إلى صراع سياسي داخلي بين المعارضة والدولة المركزية، ثم إلى ثورة تهدد الأمن الداخلي والإقليمي وحتى الدولي. فنتيجة لتأزم الأوضاع في ليبيا تدخل حلف الشمال الأطلسي بعملية عسكرية كانت نقمة على الليبيين، فتم إسقاط النظام السياسي وسيطرة المليشيات المسلحة على مناطق مختلفة، وظهور حالة من الفوضى واللاإستقرار الداخلي أثرت على الأمن الإقليمي، مما أدى لتزايد حدة التهديدات الأمنية اللاتماثلية في دول الجوار ، فعملت هذه الأخيرة على تبني عدة استراتيجيات لإحلال الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي بعيدا عن التدخل الأجنبي. Libya is one of the countries that have experienced protests demanding to change the political regime, reverse the despotic regime and replace it with a democratic one. but soon the demonstrations turned into an internal political struggle between opposition and regime, then into a revolution that threatened internal, regional and even international security. Due to the worsening situation in Libya, NATO interfered with a military operation which was a curse against Libyans, so the political regime was overthrown and the armed militias took control of different areas. and the appearence of chao and internal instability has affected regional security, which led to an increase in the severity of asymmetric threats to security in neighbored countries, which has adopted several strategies stability to substitute regional security and stability far from the foreign intervention.
