الملخص

تتنوع المثيرات البيئية ويمتد تأثيرها إلى بيئة العمل، مما ينعكس على أداء العامل وعلاقاته بفريق العمل، بل أثبتت الدراسات أن التأثير قد يتعدى التأثير المباشر على صحة العامل وتشكل ما يعرف بضغوط العمل التي قد تنعكس سلبا على أدائه الوظيفي فيشعر بالإحباط مما قد يفضي به طلب التقاعد المسبق. كلمات مفتاحية: الاتجاه– المدرس– التقاعد– التقاعد المسبق – الضغوط المهنية Environmental factors are diverse, They do affect individuals, positively or negatively. The effect of those factors can even reach the working environment. Studies suggest that the impact may even concern directly the psychic or the physical health of the worker, which could be resumed as " Pression at work", it affects his productivity and could lead to frustration and depression, which, ultimately, may precipitate his retiring, whatever are the modalities.
