الملخص: تمثل هذه الورقة العلمية قراءة نظرية لموضوع تقويم برامج التكوين أثناء الخدمة في الحقل التربوي الرياضي ، وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى أحد اهم المعايير المعتمدة في الحكم على تحقيق البرامج التكوينية لأهدافها ألا وهو معيار المحك الإنتاجي ، ويعد هذا الموضوع من صميم العملية البحثية في الحقل التربوي الرياضي، وتهدف هذه القراءة لوضع تصور أنموذجي وإسقاط نظري لمعيار الإنتاجية لدى الأستاذ المتكون وهذا من خلال قياس مستوى التحصيل بمختلف فروعه لدى تلاميذ الأستاذ المتكون وهو ما يطلق عليه تربويا إنتقال أثر التكوين . Abstract: This scientific paper represents a theoretical reading of the subject of evaluating training programs during service in the educational and mathematical field, and this by addressing one of the most important criteria adopted in judging the formative programs to achieve their objectives, which is the criterion of production, and this topic is at the core of the research process in the educational mathematical field This reading aims to develop an exemplary conception and a theoretical projection of the productivity standard of the formed professor, and this is by measuring the level of achievement in its various branches among the students of the formed professor, which is what is called educationally the transmission of the training effect
