الملخص
جواب الإمام الحسن بن مسعود اليوسي على سؤال الإمام إبراهيم بن العطار المراكشي حول ما استشكل عليه في تقرير بطلان التسلسل عند الإمام سعد الدين التفتازاني في شرح المقاصد، و خاصة فيما يتعلق أوجه الاعتراض عليه، سواء فيما يتعلق بمنع علية الشيء لنفسه، أو في إيراد هذا المنع على أصل الدليل. و قد عالج الإمام اليوسي هذه المسألة ، ببيان منشأ الإشكال، ثم توضحيه باختصار. Imam Hassan ibn Massoud al-Yossi's answer to imam Ibrahim bin Al-Attar al-Marrakchi's question about what would be the case in the report of the nullity of the sequence of Imam Saad eddin Taftazani in explaining the purposes, especially with regard to the objections to it, whether with regard to the prohibition of the object for himself, or in the mention of this prohibition on the origin of the evidence. Imam Yossi addressed this issue, stating the origin of the problem, and then explaining it in a nutshell.
