الملخص
ملخص: تعد البيئة ورهان حمايتها محط إهتمام المجتمع الدولي بكل أطيافه لما لها من أهمية وتأثير على البشرية جمعاء، وكذا تداعياتها على التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الرفاه الإنساني والصحي. يعالج هذا المقال موضوع الوكالات الدولية المتخصصة كشريك لتفعيل حماية البيئة من خلال الوقوف على مساهمة هذة الوكالات في بناء وتجسيد الإطار القانوني لحماية البيئة وكذا عملها في ضبط ورصد الإعتداءات البيئية وتفعيل المسؤولية الدولية عند الإقتضاء نظرا لطبيعتها الخاصة، كما تم التركيز على الدور غير المباشر لعمل بعض هذه الوكالات المتخصصة لضمان إيجاد بيئة آمنة من خلال بناء أمن صحي فعال ونشر الوعي البيئي. Abstract : The environment and its protection are the focus of attention of the international community in all its spectrums because of its importance and influence on all of humanity, as well as its implications for enjoying the highest level of human and health well-being. This article deals with the issue of specialized international agencies as partners to activate environmental protection by standing on the contribution of these agencies in building and embodying the legal framework for environmental protection, as well as their work in controlling and monitoring environmental attacks and activating international responsibility when necessary due to their special nature, and the indirect role of some work These specialized agencies to ensure a safe environment through building effective health security and spreading environmental awareness.
