الملخص
إنّ النزاع حول متاع البيت من النزاعات المالية التي تثار في الغالب عقب الطلاق، حيث من خلال هذا النزاع يدعي كل من الزوجين ملكية ما هو موجود بالبيت من مقتنيات، أو أنّ طرفا يدعي ملكيته لبعض الأشياء و الطرف الآخر ينكر ملكيته لها أو أن ينكر أصلا وجود تلك الأشياء أصلا. فقد تقدم الطليقة عريضة تتضمن قائمة ببعض الممتلكات خاصتها فينكر المطلق وجود ما هو مدون بالعريضة كله أو بعضه هذا ما تثيره المادة 73 من قانون الأسرة موضوع الدراسة و كذا تطبيقات قضاء الأحوال الشخصية. The litigation over the possessions of the luggage house is one of the financial conflict that often arise after the divorce, wherely through this conflict each of the spouses claim ownership of what is in the house of possessions ,or one party claims ownership of some things and the other party denies his ownership of it or denies it originally those things already exist. This is what article 73 of the family law is question raises, as well as the application of personal status law.
