آليات تشغيل الشباب في الجزائر

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالعمل وتشغيل الشباب، وكذا التعريف ببرامج التشغيل التي تمنحها الدولة للشباب خريجي الجامعات والمعاهد الوطنية والتكوين المهني عبر أنحاء الوطن ، وكذلك التعريف المؤسسات والوكالات المخول لها إعطاء هذه الفرصة للشباب للاستفادة من مناصب عمل في إطار برامج تشغيل الشباب، وعلى هذا الأساس اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة ، وبعد تفكيك المتغيرات المدروسة توصلنا إلى أن الجزائر عرفت العديد من البرامج التي يمكن للشباب الاستفادة منها لكنها تعتبر برامج ذات مدة محدودة ولا يمكن للشباب الاعتماد عليها كليا في بناء حياتهم . This study aims at introducing work and youth employment, as well as introducing employment programs that the state grants to young graduates of universities and national institutes and vocational training across the country, as well as introducing institutions and agencies authorized to give this opportunity to young people to take advantage of job positions within the framework of youth employment programs, and on this basis In this study we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to describe the study variables, and after deconstructing the studied variables, we came to the conclusion that Algeria has known many programs that young people can benefit from, but they are considered programs of limited duration and young people cannot rely on them completely in building their lives.
