الملخص
يأتي التدريس بالكفاءات كنموذج إصلاحي جديد يهدف إلى تعديل النموذج السابق الذي انتهجته وزارة التربية الجزائرية قصد ترميم التصدعات التي حدثت في هذا الأخير وقصد إدماج المعارف والعلوم المكتسبة في الواقع الملموس والاستفادة منها في الحياة الفعلية لذلك سنناقش في هذا البحث مدى نجاعته و نهوضه بالعملية التعليمية التعلمية، وكذا إنتاج متعلم كفء قادر على حل الوضعيات والمساهمة في حلها. Teaching comes with competencies as a new reform model that aims to amend the previous model adopted by the Algerian Ministry of Education with the aim of repairing the cracks that occurred in the latter and with the aim of integrating the knowledge and science acquired in concrete reality and benefiting from them in real life. Therefore, we will discuss in this research the extent of its effectiveness and its advancement in the educational learning process, As well as producing a competent learner who is able to solve situations and contribute to solving them.
