ABSTRACT : The genres of repetition and demonstration, is considered one of the most powerful Sijilmassi rhetorical formulations, in terms of concept and procedure, that it meets the latest formulation of contemporary poetic theory, especially the concept of parallelism. This convergence appears at the level of concept and procedure together. Parallelism is a relationship of symmetry that occurs on linguistic levels between two or more parties, this relationship between the two parties based on two principles: similarity and contradiction, or fittings and repulsion, As long as each side maintains, despite the similarity, what distinguishes it from the other. Almost the same Sijilmassi concept found, the two types of repetition and demonstration, including the types that fall under them, bear a set of parallel features with the contemporary concept, which we will try to highlight through this research. Keywords: Repetition and demonstration; Parallelism; Sijilmassi; Acoustic parallelism; Synthetic parallelism; Semantic parallelism
