الملخص
لا شك أن بناء الإنسان هو الغاية التي تستهدفها العملية التعلمية التعليمية، وقوام هذه العملية تحصيل المعارف والعلم، وهذه الغاية إنما تصنعها جملة من المؤثرات والشروط، لعل في مقدمتها كفاءة المدرس المتخصص في مجاله، المتمكن من مادته، الخبير بطرائق التدريس، وأساليب التواصل الفعالة والإيجابية، ومن ثم فإن نجاح هذه العملية برمتها يتوقف على جودة التكوين واحترام التخصص، والإلمام بمهارات التدريس. There is no doubt that building the human being is the goal that the educational learning process aims at, and the basis of this process is the acquisition of knowledge and science, and this goal is created by a number of influences and conditions, perhaps the most important of which is the competence of the teacher specializing in his field, who is able to master his subject, expert in teaching methods, and effective and positive communication methods, Hence, the success of this entire process depends on the quality of training, respect for specialization, and familiarity with teaching skills.
