الملخص
تناولت الدراسة مسألة سلطة الأمة والتي تعتبر من أهم أسباب الخلاف التي حدثت قديما و تحدث في عصرنا بقوة بين المسلمين, من هنا كان البحث في طبيعتها و كيفية ممارستها ذا أهمية بالغة و قد عرضنا الموضوع و فق منهج تحليلي؛ الذي يسمح بالمناقشة الجيدة للقضايا و تفكيك الاعتراضات و خلصنا في الأخير إلى أن سلطة الأمة حقيقة شرعية و أن ممارستها تكون من أهل الشورى العامة و هم المؤهلون من عموم الأمة أو الخاصة ممثلة في أهل الحل و العقد و أن الشورى في جملتها تجري مجرى الواجبات في تحويل أو نقل السلطة في الأمة. Abstract: The study addressed the issue of the authority of the nation, which is one of the most important causes of the dispute that occurred in the past and occurs in our time strongly among Muslims, hence the research in its nature and how to practice it is very important and we presented the topic and according to an analytical approach, which allows good discussion of issues and the dismantling of objections and concluded The last is that the authority of the ummah is a legitimate fact and that its practice is from the people of general shura and they are qualified from the whole nation or private represented in the people of solution and contract, and that the shura in its entirety conducts the course of duties in the transfer or transfer of power in the nation.
