Résumé
Electronic governance has become an essential tool for changing government processes, particularly in terms of modernizing local public services and improving public affairs management methods, in the wake of containing the forms of digital divide through learning. and coaching. Regarding the Algerian strategy in this context, it was enshrined in the E-Algeria program to be evaluated according to measurement indicators and its impact in the implementation of modernization plans at the level of the sectors of activity. This study comes to understand the problem of the establishment of electronic governance in Algeria.
