دور الفقهاء في الحياة السياسية والإدارية في الدولة المرينية من خلال كتاب التعريف بابن خلدون ورحلته غربا وشرقا لأبي زيد ولي الدين عبد الرحمان بن خلدون

الملخص
يعد كتاب "التعريف بابن خلدون ورحلته غربا وشرقا" مصدرا مهما لتقصي دور الفقهاء في الحياة السياسية والإدارية في الدولة المرينية، والوظائف التي تولوها، فضلا عن مجالات مشاركتهم من خلال الوعظ والنصح للسلاطين المرينيين، وأيضا الاهتمام بأمر العائلة السلطانية المرينية، وتأتي أهمية هذا المقال في إبراز جوانب مهمة من أدوار الفقهاء وحضورهم المستمر في العصور الإسلامية المختلفة، ومدى قدرتهم على التأثير على السلطة المرينية من خلال الوظائف التي أسندت إليهم كالقضاء والفتوى والسفارة والكتابة وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى انتهاجهم أسلوب الوعظ والنصح للسلاطين المرينيين، فقد رأوه مناسب في حالات التغيير والأكثر تأثيرا على قرارات السلاطين، كما تعدى دورهم إلى الاهتمام بشأن السلطان الخاص وعائلته في مناسبات كثيرة. وهذه الدراسة لا تكشف عن أهمية المادة التاريخية التي حواها كتاب "التعريف" فقط، بل يمكن اعتبارها شاهدا على قيمة كتب الرحلات والفهارس والبرامج والمعاجم و المشيخة، وعلى مدى أهميتها في دراسة جوانب التاريخ السياسي والإداري والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والحضاري.
