Abstract : The Mediterranean basin is well known for its rich linguistic diversity despite small geographic close-in, rarely we can find such plurality in another part of the world.we can easily notice the cohesistance of eight languages : English, Spanish, French, Italian, as well as Turkish and Greek and Maltese and Hebrew in addition of the ancient languages ceased but reborn such as phoenitien , punic and Coptic languages. All these languages coexist with each other for centuries, especially in the southern bank of the Mediterranean, exactly in the area of North Africa, due to population migrations, as well as trade, as was the case of the Phoenicians for instance, or because of the wars and invasion like the Romans and the French, for example. But the vocabulary influence of these languages is not clearly reflected in the impact of the official Arab language that prevails in North Africa as in the Arab or amazigh dialects despite their oral proceedings . In the present paper, we will focus on the type and the volume of this exchange as well as the outlook for the results of this impact in the future, especially in the light of the creation of the language planning of the common Amazigh language. Keywords: multiplicity - vocabulary - dialects- Amazigh .
