أزمة التشغيل والبطالة في ظل الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية 2008-2009 ودور الدولة في معالجتها من مقاربة كينزية

الملخص
ملخص: أدى تحول الأزمة المالية العالمية إلى أزمة إقتصادية ومن ثم إلى أزمة تشغيل إلى آثار مدمرة على أسواق العمل في مختلف دول العالم والتي تأثرت تبعا لدرجة علاقاتها وترابطاتها مع الإقتصاد العالمي وهو ما يُفسر تأثر الدول المتقدمة أكثر من غيرها. وأظهرت الأزمة عجز آليات السوق عن معالجة هذه المشكلة ما إستدعى تدخل حكومات الدول المتضررة بما فيها الدول المتقدمة الرأسمالية نفسها في تحفيز إقتصادياتها ومعالجة مشكلة البطالة فاتحة بذلك المجال لعودة تطبيق السياسات الكينزية. Résumé: La transformation de la crise financière mondiale en une crise économique, puis en une crise d'emploi a conduit à des effets dévastateurs sur les marchés du travail dans les différents pays du monde qui sont affectés en fonction du degré de leurs relations et liens avec l'économie mondiale, ce qui explique pourquoi les pays développés sont plus touchés que d'autres. La crise a montré l'incapacité des mécanismes de marché à résoudre ce problème, ce qui a nécessité l'intervention des gouvernements des pays touchés, y compris les pays développés capitalistes eux-mêmes pour stimuler leurs économies et résoudre le problème du chômage, ouvrant ainsi la voie au retour de l'application des politiques keynésiennes. Abstract: The transformation of the global financial crisis into an economic crisis and then into a job crisis has led to devastating effects on labour markets in different countries of the world which are affected depending on the degree of their relationships and linkages with the global economy that is why the developed countries are more affected than others. The crisis has shown the inability of market mechanisms to solve this problem, which required the intervention of the governments of the affected countries, including capitalist developed countries themselves to stimulate their economies and solve the unemployment problem, thus opening the way for the return of the application of Keynesian policies.
