تقييم نشاط الوظائف التنفيذية وعلاقتها ببناء الخطة عند ذوي التوحد

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم نشاط الوظائف التنفيذية وعلاقتها ببناء الخطة عند ذوي التوحد بمحاولة تقييم هذه العلاقة على ضوء نظرية الحقول المفاهيمية لجيرار فرنيو، من خلال اختبار مستوى الأطفال العاديين وعددهم 10 حالات بعد تطبيق اختبار الذكاء المتمثل في اختبار المصفوفات الملونة التدريجية من أجل ضبطها مع مستوى حالات التوحد المتمثلة في 10 حالات وتطبيق المقارنة من خلال تطبيق ميدان الانتباه والوظائف التنفيذية للبطارية النفسية العصبية الخاصة بالطفل؛ أسفر هذا التقييم عن وجود قصور يرجع إلى احتمال وجود خلل في خصائص الخطة حيث يكتفي حالات التوحد(حالات الدراسة) بالخاصية الأولى التي تتمثل في التكرار فقط ولا يرتقي إلى باقي الخصائص كما يرجع إلى ضعف مهارة الإعداد و حل المشاكل وبتركيز غير مرن لا يستطيع توظيفه والاستفادة منه وبالتالي يؤثر على باقي الوظائف والذي يرجع بدوره إلى قصور في فهم الهدف، القوانين ، التوقعات، المفاهيم، المبرهنات والحجج والاستدلال في الوضعية خلال الوظيفة المعطاة من أجل بلوغ هدفه . . Abstract : The aim of this study was to try to evaluate the activity of the executive functions and its relation to the construction of the plan in the autistic people. Therefore, we decided to try to evaluate this relationship in the light of Gerard Vernaud's conceptual field theory by testing the level of ordinary children in 10 cases after applying the IQ test of gradual color matrices Adjusted to the level of autism of 10 children and applied the comparison by applying the field of attention and executive functions of the child's neuropsychological battery. Has resulted in the assessment of the existence of deficiencies due to the possibility of a defect in the characteristics of the plan where the cases of autism (cases of study) with the first characteristic of the repetition only and not up to the rest of the characteristics also due to the weakness of the skill of preparation and problem solving and an inflexible focus can not be employed and benefit from it and therefore affect the rest of the functions, which is in turn due to lack of understanding of the objective, laws, expectations, concepts, predictions, arguments and reasoning in the situation during the job given from a To achieve its goal.
