وظيفية المجال العمومي في تنظيم المجال والمجتمع الحضريين حالة ساحات مدينة مكناس.

الملخص
الملخص إن المتتبع لواقعنا الحضري يلحظ، بغير عناء، تدني حظوة المجال العمومي في سلم اهتمامات المدبر المجالي، وضعف قيمتها في تمثلات المستعمل. رغم أن هذه الفضاءات تشكل "عصب حياة المدينة، فعبره تتفاعل مختلف أنساقها، وفيه يمارس السكان معظم نشاطاتهم الخارجية" (كنكورة، م. الهندي، ح. 2020. ص 116). وهو ما يفيد جهلا أو تجاهلا لوظيفيتها الهيكلية في تنظيم المجال، وتجويد إطار حياة المجتمع. فلذلك كان تركيزنا ضمن هذا العمل على تأكيد أهمية وظيفتها، ومن جهة أخرى الاستدلال على ضعف تدبيرها وممارستها من خلال ساحات مدينة مكناس. Abstract Everyone following the reality of our urban state will observe without discussion the decreasing state of the public field in the eyes of the field manager. In spite of the fact that spaces or public places represent the nerve of life in the city for through its multiple and different systems of life interact, additionally through it people also practise most of their outside activities, which signifies ignorance or indifference towards its structural functionality. Therefore, our focus here was meant to stress the crucial place of its functionality on the one hand, and on the other hand proving its fragility in being able to manage it and make it more or less practical through the public places in the city of Meknes.
